Golcheh Developments and Investments LLC is a second generation developer with family and partner development experience starting in 1989 in San Antonio, Texas and in Los Angeles, CA since 2000.
We have been involved in acquisitions, developments, and management of nearly 3 million SF of shopping centers, ranging from projects as small as strip centers and as large as power centers. Our team has obtained a tremendous amount of experience in various real estate types, including the acquisition of existing and the development of: Single Tenant Site Development, Shopping Centers, Medical Centers, Residential Projects, and Office Buildings. Our vast development and acquisitions background has led us to develop relationships with a multitude of tenants, franchisors, franchisees and other corporate clients.

Mr. Golcheh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance at Touro College. He has continued the legacy created by his family. He has also added a new dimension with the establishment of the Company, Golcheh Developments and Investments, where he specializes strictly in Commercial Developments.
